The game, demo, music, and digital rewards may shift because of quality review, platform review, or external asset production. Major changes will be explained through NEWS.
Game content, reward specs, delivery methods, and ad-placement formats may change due to platform rules, law, world-fit, or implementation constraints.
Card support is checked through Checkout completion. JPYC support is checked through Polygon transfer confirmation and transaction-hash registration.
Ad materials or names may require changes or may be rejected if they conflict with law, public order, third-party rights, or Aiya Desire's world tone.
If a meaningful delay occurs, we will share the reason, affected scope, and next update timing through NEWS or supporter communication. Alternative reward handling will be discussed when needed.
Supporter-requested refunds are generally not available. Duplicate payments, mistaken payments, inability to provide a reward, or failed ad / naming review will be handled case by case under each payment method's conditions.
Credit titles, DLC, soundtrack, and digital art book guidance follows game or sales-format confirmation. Ad placements follow material review.

Aiya Desire is developed and operated by VNL Works, a technology and design studio working across Web3, business tools, UI/UX, planning, validation, and implementation.
