In a near future damaged by war and a bio-weapon virus, eighty percent of humanity entrusts calm to Harmony Chip (HC). With her father's note and a prototype HC in hand, AIYA heads toward Sentinel, the radio tower that controls global communication.

A neural wearable chip adopted by eighty percent of humanity. It was promoted as suppressing desire, quieting panic, and bringing a state close to happiness.
Among those who refused HC, reports began to surface of hallucinations and confusion that did not match ordinary infection. The city treated them as anomalies.
