GUIDELINES

Basic policy for comfortable fan creation

These points summarize what to check when creating fan works based on Aiya Desire.

01 / PERMISSION

Personal and doujin fan works do not need prior approval.

Publishing, exhibiting, posting on social media, selling at doujin events, or including works in a portfolio is welcome as long as it is clearly fan-made.

Hashtags and title mentions are optional and allowed.
Posting to monetized social or video platforms is fine within normal platform use.
Corporate projects, large-scale manufacturing, and ongoing commercial product lines require prior consultation.

02 / AI USE

AI-assisted art and writing are allowed.

Fan works made with image, video, text, music-assist, or other generative AI tools are welcome. Use of AI alone is not prohibited.

Please check the terms, publication rules, and commercial-use conditions of the AI service you use.
Avoid uses that create separate rights issues, such as unauthorized mixing of another creator's style, real people, or third-party assets.
AI-use disclosure is optional, but adding a short note is recommended when it may prevent confusion.

03 / OFFICIAL MATERIALS

Use official material as reference, not as a raw asset pack.

Do not redistribute, resell, template, or merchandise official site images, logos, videos, music, or game data as-is.

Using small excerpts for commentary, reviews, or theory posts is fine within reasonable quotation and platform rules.
Avoid making the logo the main value of a fan product, printing official images directly for sale, or distributing music by itself.
If an official asset kit is released later, the rules inside that kit take priority.

04 / TONE

Horror, cuteness, jokes, and alternate readings are welcome.

Aiya Desire is a horror game centered on AIYA, HC, and Sentinel, but fan works can be serious, cute, humorous, analytical, or otherwise interpretive.

For age-restricted material, follow the rules of the platform and add suitable warnings or access gates.
Do not use fan works to attack, harass, defame, or discriminate against real people or groups.
You do not need to explain the full setting. Character art, everyday scenes, alternate outfits, and light jokes are welcome.
Alternate interpretations are fine as long as they are not presented as official canon.

05 / SPOILERS

Public information can be discussed freely.

Theories, art, comics, and videos based on publicly released material are welcome. Do not publish unreleased or limited-access information.

Spoiler ranges for demo and full-game content will be updated in the streaming guidelines as release timing becomes clear.
For major reveals, please avoid exposing the core twist in titles or thumbnails.
Leaks, datamining, or reposting limited materials may result in takedown requests.

06 / CREDIT

Keep official labels small and avoid confusion.

When useful, add a note such as 'Unofficial fan work based on Aiya Desire' so viewers understand the work is not official.

Avoid official-style announcements, official logos, or layouts that make the work look like an official project.
Mentioning Aiya Desire or AIYA in descriptions is allowed.
For large projects, corporate use, exhibitions, or sales plans that feel ambiguous, contact us first.
